Making jewelry for a show? Try the flipbook method of design
Tips for getting the most from your supplies and your design time
Remember those flipbooks from your childhood; you could change the head, torso, and legs to make different characters? Think of the process of designing like you would a flipbook: Design in sections of three and work on three necklaces at a time.
This was the first necklace I designed for an upcoming show, Art vs Craft
. I combined pink briolettes, faceted beads and spacers, brass bullet charms
, vintage flower chain, and long-and-short chain.
