Meet our first Rising Star!
Wendy Cooper is our first "Rising Star" — a designer who has never before published a project in BeadStyle.
Wendy is a painter, a beader, and an all-around artist. Her purse
handle necklace appears in our September issue (p. 42), "All dressed in
white." Wendy has been making purses since the '90s and always thought that if the strap was long enough, it could double as a necklace. Read on for more about where to find cones and to get the
